I have been a loyal Lowe's customer for over a decade. They were always my go-to whenever I needed anything for the house. I wish I could give them -5 stars for the experience I have had with my windows and sliding doors. DO NOT USE THEM!! Lies, incompetency, disrespectful reps, and no sense of customer service.
