Bought a refrigerator and paid for install. They would not install it because we have a copper water line. Told us we need a plumber to put in a new one. Worse than poor communication, there was none. We bought it at Lowe’s because the salesman said it was in stock, it wasn’t. Took a month to get it in stock, but they already had our cash. Purchased PergoMax wood floors from Loews Apopka store where Zach was salesperson and general major designer explaining choices, types, and colors of engineered hardwood. We gave him our budget projections and he was able to find right what we wanted at budget cost. It was, however, NO EASY PROJECT because Zach became increasingly hard to find at the store.
