The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and we'll organized. Nice selection of home improvement items.
I had a checker at the lumber department get pissed because I didn't remember how many truss brackets I had and he had to price each one by hand. He also got rude because he had to call another checker because I had so much stuff. This is the second time I've had a rude checker at the lumber department. I'll be taking my business to Home Depot from now on. They love us there...
I signed up for YP for the sole purpose of warning others about Lowes. We had an estimate for a fence done in April. Lowes was quick to take our money but we didn't hear anything until the end of May when our fence was installed. The fencer no showed the first day and was a few hours late the other two days.
