I ordered online 7 items on Monday online. It is now Friday afternoon and the order still says Processing. I have called their store customer service desk daily. I called the corporate customer service and they see the order as processing and admitted the store doesn't even answer when they call. I am trying to be understanding due to the current climate but this is ridiculous. A few day turnaround I understand but a week and no answers. This is disappointing to day the least.
