I placed an order for decking materials (over $3000). Received text message yesterday saying my delivery window today was 8am-8pm. Then I got an email today while at home waiting for the delivery that my new scheduled date was 15 days from today. Spoke with manager at the store. She was rude and talked over me instead of listening. I threatened to cancel the order and hung up. I contacted corporate customer service and they told me my order was cancelled. This is a good place if you already know what you need exactly. Sometimes trying to get help in like looking for a needle in grass (allergic to hay). Some are very good at hide and seek. I'm not mad. The store is always clean.
