If I could leave negative stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so! I have been trying to get my new stove, a 48 inch stove, in place for nearly a month. It was delivered to my garage, because the delivery guys didn't have enough people to move it into my home. Although, Lowe's appliance/delivery people knew that this was a heavy stove, as well as, I had shared there were stairs at the entry of our home and inside our home.
