SHARING A WINDOW SHADE EXPERIENCE. The sales staff is polite and acts helpful. The installer was on time and knowledgeable. I purchased 4 shades in May 2025. Two weeks later, a contractor for Lowe's came and measured the windows. The shades arrived and were ready for installation on June 8. One of the three shades was the wrong size. The installation person said he'd take care of ordering a new shade.
