Worst customer service ever. Never have I dealt with such rude and lying people before.
Supposed to deliver and install a washer today and then get an email(no call) that it will be EIGHT days later. I chose LOWES because it was in stock. I had to call corporate to find out that one little piece wasn’t in. Funny, it was in stock when I ordered it. How about checking with another local store to see if they have it so you can keep your customers happy?!??
RecommendedWe recently purchased a dishwasher at the Culpeper Lowes. It arrived damaged and we called Lowes. Their service response was excellent. They immediately ordered me a new dishwasher …and it has been delivered and installed. I can’t say enough about the excellent service we received. Everyone was very helpful and cared that we were taken care of appropriately. Thank you Lowes Culpeper!
When you ask about a tool cabinet that is advertised online to be in stock in the store and you ask an employee to get one of the 3 that are actually in stock out so you can see it and decide between the two, the employee shouldn't state it can only be taken out if you are sure you want to buy it because it takes heavy equipment and a lot of effort to get one out. I ordered a dishwasher online, and attempted to get 10% off will my military discount that I had already verified with store. The site wouldn’t allow me to get my discount. I then ordered it anyways for a 12-4 delivery the following weekend. The next weekend 12-4 came and went, and my dishwasher still hadn’t been delivered, even though I live three blocks from the store. Like looks like I will be going to Home Depot for my future high dollar remodel update needs
