I was in at approx. 9:00 this a.m. I needed help with a broken switch in the electrical dept. A young man by the name of Louis, helped me. I cannot give enough praise to this young man. He gave me a tutorial on how to fix my problem, and saved me the price of an electrician. You are lucky to have him in your employ. He did so much in customer satisfaction and good will for Lowe's.
