Ordered a washer and dryer online with delivery date set for 1/4/22. I could not get status update online because the order number gives me an error. I called customer service 3 days ago to confirm delivery date. She said that 1/4 is the date listed on the order. Fast forward to today 1/4/22. I just had posts delivered, full crew here, and one was at least 3’ shorter than the others - you cannot get through by phone nor is there an online site...
Not sure which was worse ~ waiting for 30 min in appliances with multiple employees and never being acknowledged, asking an employee if perhaps someone could help us & being told "no & that's just the way it goes sometimes", going to the customer service desk with the item # to see if perhaps they could order it for us and being told "NO! we don't do that" or calling the store to complain to the manager on duty & THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! RecommendedA HUGE THANK YOU to LOWE'S Port Orange for thier donation of all the supplies for 4 raised, wheelchair accessible, garden beds for our Memory Care courtyard! Thank you Chef Don Midland for sweating it out and getting one done today. The residents LOVE it! They have been nurturing seeds we planted weeks ago. And Lowe's gave us a bunch of established plants too!!! All are non toxic. Chef Don will use the fruits of our labor in meals for memory care residents!

Rudest Lowe’s I have ever been to. Me and my mom drove from the Ormond Lowe’s all the way to Port Orange for a specific light fixture. A female associate walked past me and said hello and I asked her for help because I couldn’t find the light fixture. So I said “hello can you maybe help me” her response was “not really what do you want?” So I was polite and showed her the light fixture and she was no help finding it she actually stood there watching me look for it. My experience was terrible. I went in on a Tuesday ordered all the stuff that I need to do a project. I asked the protocol for paying for the items and having another party pick them up. When my guy went to get them on Thursday there wasn't one person that knew anything about my order. They had my contractor stand around for 2 hours (which I had to pay him for that) and then handed him a can of paint and one roll of aluminum.
