Worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. They went to argue and be scrappy with you over scrap lumber believe it or not.. so glad Shallotte’s LOWES is not like that. Worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. And I can honestly say that being from Mooresville North Carolina, where the company started. They try to nickel and dime everybody to death over scrap lumber and don’t care who they’re helping out the community or anybody else. Don’t waste your time going there go right on down to Shallotte, North Carolina and they’ll almost go through an auctioning process when but not in North Myrtle Beach. Don't buy carpet from Lowe's. You have to go schedule with their other company. Almost no one speaks English. It took 6 weeks to get my carpet installed. They were supposed to give me compensation they did not. Called store supervisor, no power to do anything and did not follow up with me.
If you contract with any Lowe's store for any service, be prepared for the worst. I contracted for new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. The contractors contaminated my house with silica dust in the process of installing the cabinets and the countertops. It has taken me over a year to clear the air in the living space, but half of the house remains dangerously contaminated. My eyes burn when I go in there to retrieve something. The Front End Clerk Delisa was very rude when assisting us with a return. The FE clerk didn't even have any customer service acknowledgement to address my husband and I. Then she didn't even want to hear what we had to say. Then she ask me to give her the Item # of the product that I am returning. That is her job to do that which was on the receipt. Delisa didn't even have any conversation about the 2 items being return. Just said this is the amount that is returned on the credit card. We were in Lowe's a couple of days ago ... read more
Xavier in large appliance department was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different brands, models and features of the refrigerators on the showroom floor. He was very pleasant and professional. He answered all of our questions. It was obvious that he enjoyed his job and he strived to provide top notch service to his customers. Lowe’s of Elizabethtown should be very proud to have Xavier as part of their team.
Title: Respectful but Incompetent — A Disappointing Installation Experience initiated with the purchase of appliances at the Palm Coast Fl Lowes.
