We had to travel to 5 different stores because the cutting saw we not working. At one store we were told that an employee might have cut the wires. We finally found the Plano store had a working saw and they cut the plywood the wrong size. When I went to customer service and spoke to the female store manager. I asked for the corporate phone number or a upper management phone number. I was told they do not let them have those numbers.
