Good prices, but "people" expertise lacking considerably. Ordered french doors there, but the wrong sized arrived, not once, but THREE times! It took 6 months to finally get the right ones installed. Then ordered an item on-line for "convenient" pickup at the this store, but after waiting 30 minutes, they couldn't even find the item, and then waited another 30 minutes while they checked in back, only to realize I'd apparently been abandoned.
