Absolutely horrible. This store must be managed by someone that is not being held to ANY level of customer service standards. It took an entire day to get one sheet of wood. After waiting for 5 hours to get an email confirming that my online order was ready for pickup I drove down , checked in and waited. I gave them fifteen minutes after checking in before I called.
