Do not order any appliances from this store Not the sales person Mangers and delivery and they never answered the phone for delivery info I was on hold for one hour In general very bad customer service!!!!!

About a month ago my wife and I and our two rescue dogs were moving from San Jose to Huntington Beach. Had everything loaded in and on our truck but noticed in Gilroy that we had lost some napkin packages from the roof and other things were loose. Pulled into the Gilroy Lowe’s and bought a hitch basket that had to be assembled but the assembly person was not available. Was provided loaner tools by an associate named Rocco to assemble in the parking lot. Rocco also came out and helped us put it together and mount on the truck... read more
