NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY A PROTECTION PLAN FROM LOWES. We have been hung out to dry on a refrigerator that is not even two years old for two days where the technician never showed up and did not even bother to let us know. They just sent us a text at 6:30 PM that the appt is now rescheduled for two days out. This is after it has already been rescheduled twice due to the lack of competence of the company, Sears (for real?), that they hire out to.
