This review is particular for the Forest Ave store in Staten Island. There is a lack of good customer service in this store, mostly when you have to make an especial order. You never get updates on the progress of your order. I had to go every week after the 6 weeks mark period to has for the status of my order, and I was told I would get it by September 15th; and when the time came, the order was delayed another 2 weeks, without any notice. now, I have to pay extra to my contractor for the installation of the door out of s... read more
After waiting 2 weeks for my order 423719500 to arrive, Lowes tell me part of the order isn't available. After spending an entire day on hold and with several so called customer service representitives (Jason, D'Andre, Chris) im told the rest of my order will come in today between 630p-830p. its passed 8:30p and no delivery, not even a call. They lied to me and told me to get me off the phone. My first Lowes experience and its a nightmare...
I made the mistake of buying a floor from Lowe’s. They messed up the instillation at least 3 times and didn’t show up for many appointments. The last time I checked with them, they said to fix the floor which was damaged by their installers and a manufacturers defect, would cost another $1200. This is on top of $3200 already payed when I was quoted originally $1600.
ur workers suck 20 people walking around and no body works in the lumber department. I'll be going to home depot from now.

I was shopping for a refrigerator. The guy was so helpful. He explained everything I needed to know about . Quick, nice and easy .. I was very satisfied with the service.
Prices were reasonable and competitive. Sales staff helpful. Shopping was enjoyable. I wish, though, that they had more varieties of the small plants for my dish gardens.
