Hi, don’t ever step into this store, This is by far the worst bet and switch experience I had my entire life, I’m redoing my deck, went there, spent 90 minutes picking, 15 pieces 2-4-10, 20 2-6-8, and 20 2-6-10, I placed them on a pallet, was told delivery in couple days, The wood was replaced by dirty, scratched and damaged wood, Went back and after 2 hrs of run around, I was told to pick up new wood for 2 hrs again, I did, it never arrived, Went back to the store and confronted few managers ( I would not mention names),wi... read more
