Worst customer service ever experienced.
I visited this place on veteran day hoping to get a deal on a few things, and as a veteran it was nice to see designated parking for us however non veterans was parking in the space, I asked the security person at the door if they are not enforcing the veteran parking and his answer was “ I’m sorry but we don’t”, now what good is a designated space when everyone is using it without any enforcement, I believe the parking it’s only for show and veterans should avoid shopping there. Terrible service all around
Hello, I am extremely disappointed to be writing this. I received the patio dining table on Sun 6/28 via delivery and was excited to put it together and start enjoying it outside on my patio. I was glad that Lowes offered delivery services as I do not have a personal vehicle and it would have been very difficult for me to cart this dining table home from the store. Why can’t we, my elderly grandma, get a fully functioning refrigerator delivered?! So now we must return it, as well as, order from somewhere else?! How annoying & unprofessional is that?!?
A good solid store that is really a one stop shop for your household improvement needs. Good on seasonal items as well.
The worst experience ever, customer service not on point, spoke with multiple people in person and over the phone, nobody knows what’s going on, workers just pushing to other workers, multiple times being on hold and just getting dropped phone on me.
