The store has drastically improved over the last year 7/22 to present. Like any retail service industry they roll through people pretty frequently, so it's not surprising that there are service and knowledge issues. As a customer since we moved here in June of 21, I've seen a drastic improvement.

Marisol L. With the long braid, was so kind, and refreshingly comical during my visit yesterday. I was shopping for deck screws and she made sure that I was taken care of, and wished me a wonderful day upon my departure. We were, both, laughing by the time I'd left. Props to Marisol L. Michelle-

Brian helped us 75 year old seniors place a bundle of shingles in our car. He was very pleasant and helpful. Great worker for Lowes. Blessings Jim/Karen

Went in to purchase a bunch off items for my bathroom plumbing. Everybody I asked for help said they couldn’t help me. Only Jim in plumbing could help me find the parts I needed but Jim was nowhere to be found. So we left and went to Home Depot. I stopped going to Lowe’s a long time ago because of their bad customer service. It hasn’t changed. Note to myself. Never go back to Lowe’s again. 7/1/23. 10:30 am.

Having worked at Lowes in Coon Rapids mn I can tell the manager of the store, Micah is terrible! Ashley, the front-end supervisor is disgusting

I will never buy from Lowes again as far as big appliance go. I purchased a w/dryer set and my dryer did not work since day one. I called the problem in the same night it got delivered. Instead of setting me up a quick exchange they set me up with a Samsung service call. He came out 4/17, dryer delivered from Lowe's on Thursday evening. The service tech said item is damaged and will need to be replaced from where I purchased it. I went in spoke the manager on Monday evening after work. If I could leave negative stars I wouldn't hesitate to do so! I have been trying to get my new stove, a 48 inch stove, in place for nearly a month. It was delivered to my garage, because the delivery guys didn't have enough people to move it into my home. Although, Lowe's appliance/delivery people knew that this was a heavy stove, as well as, I had shared there were stairs at the entry of our home and inside our home. Paid almost $2000.00 to replace my door. Now new door won't lock and leaks water. I called same day was installed nothing but the runaround. They say...... not my department, have to talk to manufacturers, let me call installer, my dog ate my homework. lol you get what I'm sayin. I have spoken with management over store I've spoken with corporate and gotten nowhere. I even threatened a law suit breech of contract. Still nothing
