I have shopped at Lowes for more years than I can remember, All my appliances , cabinets, and more come from Lowes, I have never had a complaint, that all changed today. We bought Craftsman lawn mower 37 days ago from this store. When we got the mower home it would not start. Battery was dead and not chargeable. Finally convinced store of this and got another battery. Now mower will not start/run -- likely problem with electrical system. Took mower back to Lowes store in New Braunfels and was told they could not do anything about it. If we wanted to pay them $200 they could try to determine what was wrong or contact Craftsman. Now we have a $2200 lawn mower that will not work.
The absolute DISRESPECT I as a veteran just got was NUTS!! Im in literal TEARS leaving lowes as they baggered and harassed me while I tried to call my bank and fix an issue they created by not doing their job properly the first time. Paid for a fridge had it loaded up and there was an error so I went in to have it fixed and instead of giving me the 20 minutes I asked for to talk to my bank im on the phone and they surround me and start to tell me what I'm going to do and this and that. used curbside pick up. checked in with app waited 15 minutes no one came out called called called no one picks up. finally after 30 minutes had to go inside and wait another 20 minutes in line then they couldn't find my order. watched several others drive up and have to go inside as well. why offer curbside if we all have to go in. it defeats the purpose!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE a and expect them to process your order. Tried THREE times over the last few months only to have them NOT prepare my order each time. When I called yesterday, I was told that “corporate decides to take it away and our associates are too busy helping customers in the store.” If that’s the case, then take the capability/link off the webpage and don’t make promises you can’t keep. Very poor customer service.
Thank you for having the best scooters ever. it makes my shopping so much easier, and Lowe's is the ONLY place for my dollar.
Answer the phone? Spent 35-40 min trying to get a person on the line here. No answer, no nothing... Trying to shop locally. They make it really hard to spend money with them.
