I’ve been trying to write this review but it keeps disappearing. Lowe’s must know that it would be scathing. I’m not going to try again with the full review I had planned and will just say that HISENSE and Lowe’s are terrible when it comes to customer service. It is next to impossible to get resolution from either company. I got so frustrated one time that I just canceled a Lowe’s order. Don’t have that option this time. Left hand either ignores or just doesn’t know how to communicate with right hand.
New Bern Store has Horrible customer service. Just moved here from Mooresville NC. I would have guessed that corporate forgot about this store !
