The worst experience I ever had double charged us for washer and Dryer sent delivery drivers to my home that stole out of my garage. I will never shop at lowes again
As a minority, they were the most racist company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They tried to double charge me for everything and brought three managers to try to say that they didn’t do it but I had the receipt and they did then the people that they sent out to deliver my washer and dryer they went through my garage and they took things out These and racist people if I was you I would never shop at Lowe’s as a minority.

always recommended and loved Lowes until now. we went into the store to purchase a new water softener. we were advised to go online & order it...they would install. Stopped working 1 month later, they sent out service .whom said when installed got metal shavings inside need to replace after 2 calls from them they said our responsiblity to contact manufacture...whom wants us to go outside and let them walk us through...it got too dark last night, raining today so guess we will attempt again next week. Poor/lack of information... read more
