I’ve had pleasant experiences with all over staff. The woman you order blinds from was very rude to us when ordering blinds. Lowe’s says online you get one chance to exchange custom blinds when they aren’t measured correctly. The woman at silverdale Lowe’s was very rude and laughed at us saying they don’t do that. Her customer service skills are lacking.
