Employee's always eager to help you find what you're looking for
I like all Lowes but as a driver who delivers overnight, I recommend someone answers the phone (security) to release the trailer so the exchange can be made. The phone rang from 06:19 until 06:42 before anyone picked up. It took someone from customer service to answer. Evidently security was sleep and had to be waken. Just remember when these loads go back Lowes has to pay to bring them back. It would have been easier to just release the trailer lock once the store has unloaded the trailer.
