it was fine kind of running the mill large hardware store... I usually prefer Lowe’s over the other hardware stores but this one it really didn’t make a difference whether I would’ve went here or Home Depot or somewhere else. Nothing stuck out.... and their inventory seemed low on quite a few things. At least the things I needed.
This location has the WORST Customer Service of any Lowe’s I’ve visited on the east coast. I stood at the paint counter for a full 15 minutes before I was acknowledged by the customer service representative who was staring at me along with another employee. I had to physically walk over to her and ask if anyone was working there and she replied “she’s coming “ and she turned and walked away? Lowe’s Corporate needs to take a look at the staffing for this location.
