The worst customer service from the store manager Casey. He is arrogant for whatever reason. This weekend alone my husband and I have spent more than 3k in this store, between appliances , paint etc. I purchased 2 boards that had a mark down of under 5.00 each. When I got to the register they were like 54.00. The associate advised to go back and take a picture. I did that then a floor manager verified and another associate. I exchanged several items with no problem at the return desk. I then went back to the plumbing department and tried to find several one inch PVC pieces. That section is in complete disarray. It looks like everybody has put everything in whatever bin they feel like and you can't find anything. A manager needs to take control of this problem.
