Great customer service. Employees take pride in helping customers. They always help me find what i need or direct me to someone who can.
Everytime I've come to this lowes for a home improvement project, the employees have been completely incompetent. Their response to every question has been "I don't know." Not, "let me find someone who is properly trained who can help you with that." Just "I don't know," and walking away. I asked two people, Ed and Milo for help with lighting fixtures.
