Two main issues: Lowes 3rd party delivery bumped into stove and turned gas on so a family with small children had to evacuate the house. The delivery worker just laughed. We called Pilote, the delivery company, and a manager didn’t get back to us. I’m writing this as a Lowes review because it is their brand. I purchased a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and the process of picking it up in store was great, but when it came to returning it 12/26/2020, because it was damaged was a nightmare. My son-in-law made it clear the item was a gift and he only wanted to exchange it. The Employee working the return desk put the return on a giftcard that could only be used in store and when the product was not available in the store, she told them there was nothing they could do he would have to order it online and pay a different way.
