Two main issues: Lowes 3rd party delivery bumped into stove and turned gas on so a family with small children had to evacuate the house. The delivery worker just laughed. We called Pilote, the delivery company, and a manager didn’t get back to us. I’m writing this as a Lowes review because it is their brand. I purchased a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and the process of picking it up in store was great, but when it came to returning it 12/26/2020, because it was damaged was a nightmare. My son-in-law made it clear the item was a gift and he only wanted to exchange it. I found only one laying on the shelf without pricing but took it to the cus service desk. That clerk was somewhat dismissive so I requested a manager. RecommendedI have to give a shout out to Becky in kitchen cabinets that helped me today. I was looking for bathroom vanity cabinet set. I called 2 stores and was told they weren’t available any more. I called Villa Bath and they said that they most definitely were but only special order through Lowes. I called back and asked Becky to help me instead of the bath dept. She called me back and actually was able to order them. She did everything over the phone so I didn’t have to go into the store. We need to appreciate our essential worker... read more
Curbside pickup is a joke! We’ve been calling for half an hour and they keep hanging up on us. Then someone pulls in beside us, calls and gets his stuff right away after we’ve been waiting half an hour! The girl said they hardly have any people working! This is messed up! If you can’t staff appropriately, don’t have the service!
I now pay and have my orders for next day pick up because as a small business owner i cannot afford to spend 45-an hour waiting for my materials! Well they still are not ready even though i ordered it yesterday! i constantly am loosing money waiting around the store for my order! I am out in the yard and they have no clue where my materials are!! This store needs new management this is an ongoing issue here with the Montoursville Lowes!
