That was the worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. I kept getting put on hold and it was the same two ladies who kept asking me what I needed help with and then would say “one moment” and then not even help me and then I’d get paged to them again. They clearly didn’t want to help me. I was on the phone for 30 minutes to not get any answers until they finally transferred me to the wrong department and they told me what I needed to hear. Ridiculous.
My elderly mother bought a stove from Lowe's. They were supposed to install it. They sent someone out to do the measurements and estimate the installation. My mother has paid for all of this, and still has a stove sitting in the middle of her kitchen. They took her old one. Lowe's now says she needs to call an electrician before they will install it. Do not trust Lowe's. They take the money, especially elderly people, and do not do anything to be helpful. I am thoroughly ashamed I told her she should buy the stove from them.... read more
We are in the process of replacing our floors in our home for the first time. My husband and I went to Lowes Saturday night and Austin was a huge help. He answered all of our questions, showed us some of the supplies we were going to need and scheduled us to have a free measuring done at our home. I called Sunday and spoke to Marilyn about some flooring they had on sale, she was also a huge help. Received an email at 12:27 noon that order is ready for pick up. Received email at 17:31 that order had been picked up. My wife just called, it is 18:05 now, and said they were just loading her truck. The staff said they had to pull the items from "up top". I ordered lawn care products and a small box of Miracle Grow, all items that should normally be on the floor ready to sell. This is completely unacceptable! Worst customer service. Two days in a row I needed help so I waited my turn next to sales associates as they helped other customers. After they were done, they turned their backs to me and walked away. For that I’ll drive the extra miles to Home Depot.
Went by today due to receiving a $10 off coupon with a $50 purchase. Had a list and couldn't get any assistance nor did I use the coupon and made only a $2 purchase!
Bought a new refrigerator and scheduled Saturday delivery to be lied to by staff/manager with no compassion. The manager Daniel at the College Station store stated he has to go by what the driver said which was there was no one home at attempted delivery as well as supposedly called NOT. Our Saturday was ruin as we never left the house, had store removed so we would be ready for the delivery.
