Horrible, I took my pressure washer back after one use because it wouldn't start with my warranty registration and receipt, I was told no problem, 2 weeks later they let me know it was ready, when I went to pick up up they charged me for $58 to repair and $20 for pick up and delivery, I brought it to them?? When I questioned the charges they wanted to negotiate the amount, something that was totally and 100% under warranty. Lowe's in Warrington gave me very horrible customer service. I have a charge on my corporate credit card from this store. I've never been to this store, so I called to receive a copy of the receipt from them. First rep I spoke to, copied my information down and said she would email it to me. Nothing showed up. Second call, I spoke with Kathy (at least that is who she said she was) said she would email me, I asked to stay on the line till I received it, she said she couldn't send it until after she dealt with 2 others on hold... read more

I will never go to this store again the return disk supervisor Lessa and the store manager steve and their electrician store department Jay they were totally rude even after I called their Lowes customer care they even dont care I was doing work for my sister in law never again go there

To the Lowes store in Carbondale....My Wire and I are having our kitchen remodeled and we needed a lot of advice and help choosing appliances,cabinets,ceiling and flooring. Everyone at lowes have been very nice and helpful.The one person who helped the most was,Nancy Degenhardt. I know without Nancy ,we would never have been able to make all the decisions.Thank You, Nancy!!!........Mr and Mrs Jim Bonner.

Recently purchased a front- load washer and set up for home delivery. Very pleased with the price, the washer, and the whole process with one glaring exception. I wasn't at home when the washer was delivered, so hubby handled that end of things. Installers did everything they should have, up to the point of telling him these types of washers don't need to be leveled. Yes, really.
