horrible customer service I asked 5 employees where I can find a basin wrench I was vaguely directed everywhere
Purchased two gallons of paint. When we started applying the 2nd gallon, we noticed it was the wrong shade. Went back there a couple of days later to get the correct color paint. The woman behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Told me to go to customer service and get my money back. That’s all well and good but the problem still exist with 2 different colors on the wall and not completed. Disappointed in their garden center staff. My daughter and I were loading bags of mulch and then picking up 50 paver stones from under shelving and not one employee offered to help. Earlier inside, someone immediately asked us if we needed help and was very nice. In the garden center there were many men.. not one even offered help finding what we were looking for. I saw one helping an elderly man with bags of mulch near where we were and thought he would come offer help to us next.. nope. Oh well, we managed but ..
Worst service ever I had ordered some blocks from them and I was told it was going to be delivered to my house on Saturday September 16 then I was told it will be on the 18 then on the 20 and then 21 then on the 22 and today is September 22 and now I am told tomorrow one September 23 witch is Saturday. They fucked up my week and now my weekend
Just wastage of money. Go to Home Depot instead. Stay away...
