I ordered a set of front & rear doors in May to be installed at my house. Almost 3 months, 1 dented door, 1 lost door, a missed installation appointment and about 100 calls later and all I have to show for it is a $2,600 Lowes credit card bill. The installer dodges my calls and you have to go through a telephone maze to get someone to answer at the store. Once you do they’ll do nothing to fix it or hang up on you. Stuffs not where it’s supposed to be - no one knows anything - had an employee tell me ‘I don’t know what to tell you’ - where’s the guy that’s usually by the door and knows everything?
RecommendedI’m sitting in the car waiting for my husband and can’t help but shake my head at the condition of this parking lot. There is so much trash out here and that included gloves and masks. What is wrong with all the customers that they can’t pick up after themselves!?!? Lowe’s has to hire somebody to clean this place up. It’s filthy and disgusting!!!!
So helpful! Anytime I've gone in into this store, if I ask a question, they go get the answer. Waterford store? I can't even get someone to acknowledge my existence let alone answer a question

I had an online order of siding that I needed. It was ordered on April 13th and was supposed to be at Lowe’s New Haven by April 29th. We started checking on April 27th. After many calls to the store and corporate we found out that it was delivered on the 19th but they could t find it! They finally found it on May 7th, and when my husband went to pick it up it was completely dirty. Never again!
My son was right about the 2 gentleman that helped us at Lowe's in New Haven last night. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The two gentlemen were Dan Anderson and Tony pop. They were awesomely helpful and very thorough making sure that I was completely satisfied with the choices that I had made to purchase. They were overly and above what you think you would find in a person today that works in a home improvement store.
