Went to Lowe's today. Very disappointed in customer service. We have been several times looking for an item. Today while searching online we saw the item was there. We immediately went to the store. Employee Erik gave us an excuse to bring the product out. Yes I was upset. Another employee went and got him to go get it. Crazy excuses to not serve the customer.
