The worse customer service ever. I asked several employees for help in which none was given. All they kept doing is telling what aisle it may be on. I clearly stated that I was unsure of what to buy but they did not care at all! Curious of what they are even getting paid for. There was several employees just hanging out talking to each other.
RecommendedOrdered replacement lights and storm door online. Was a very smooth procedure. Everything went very well.
Big thank you to Chris and Delilah in appliances for saving my sanity through a warehouse issue! Though we have to wait another month for a replacement (praying it’s i damaged) fridge it makes me happy to know there are genuine folks still out there!
give more than 1 person in the department a forklift license so I don't have 2 wait 45 minutes for someone to get down a bundle of 2 x 4 s and this is the 2nd time in 1 week this SAME incident happened to me at the same department!! they told me the only person with a forklift license was going to lunch and we would have to wait!! well I waited over 45 minutes and I finally went to desk and the lady there just acted like no big deal I will try again!! Lowes confirmed twice that my order was ready and paid for and twice when I go to pick it up they said no it hadn’t . The woman in charge of customer pick up and some assistance manager Dweeb named John did not care that I had waited 90 minutes to speak to someone on Monday and 30 minutes today . They did not care or make any apologies for me driving 30 minutes to get to their store to be told that the materials had not been paid for when only 45 minutes earlier they confirmed it was ready for pick up And paid for . Online order super sucks. They want to compete with Amazon but don't even try. I ordered a couple of items yesterday that were supposedly in stock, I am still waiting for confirmation. I called the store and got into a do loop where I kept getting put into the main menu. Then to add insult to injury someone actually picked up the phone and just put it on hold. Please train your employees to cover their mouth when sneezing or coughing. Yes I was in your store today and one of your employees did not cover their mouth and had no mask on. This is not acceptable in todays environment. At least make an attempt to cover your mouth when you are around customers.
For all the employees working here ... Id say at least half are a waste of space. There were a few genuinely helping customers. They were walking them to aisles talking bout projects etc. Then I get the guy who is sitting on the hardware counter just waved his hand in a “that way” manner. And said Plumbing.
