Wouldn’t have given a star if it was an option. We were in the kitchen section, looking at countertops, talking about them and obviously interested. Staff were there serving other customers. Understandable, no problems at all. But there are problems when the staff member does become free, looks over to see us waiting for service right by the computer, turns the computer off and then meanders away to have a nice chat with other staff who are also standing around . They lock items up
I recently went to pickup a couple work supplies from the pick up desk. Customer service blew me away. My order was all together and didn’t have to hassle about the wait! Nadarris was a very helpful asset to making sure my order was fulfilled. Such an awesome worker! Thank you guys.
