This particular Lowe's has absolutely the WORST customer service of any store of any type I've ever shopped. I wanted to purchase a water filter for my fridge, but had forgotten to bring the filter number. I knew the make and model of the fridge, so the clerk looked up which filter I needed and I purchased it for $41. Long story short, it didn't fit. I went to the store to exchange it for the correct filter and they wouldn't take it back because it had been opened! They've lost a good customer all for $41! Wouldn't shop here... read more
