OVER A YEAR AGE my wife and I trusted Lowes to do our kitchen remodel. IT STILL IS NOT COMPLETED. The original countertop company that CONTRACTED BY LOWES to cut and install our countertops, cut an opening too small and as a result our brand new refrigerator does not fit. We immediately contacted Lowes and was told to contact the company that did the work (a company we had never heard of as Lowes contracted with them, not us). Maria in the paint department was wonderful. She helped us pick and match the perfect color and cheerfully gave us her time. The self check out assistant was also helpful and cheerful.

I just bought a new house and needed everything from area rugs, showerheads, shower curtain, washer/dryer, stove, livingroom, kitchen and 3 bedrooms curtains/hardware, I finally received my delivery. The front door had to come off due to the refrigerator. But, the refrigerator kept going on and off. The 1st delivery folks said it was my plugin being wired wrong.
