If they made a negative amount of stars I could rate them. Management and staff are incompetent in all fields and rude. They scammed $400 off of me when I go there 3 times a day. Never shop here they are crooks, long hair dude with glasses will screw you over every chance he gets.

Horrid customer service ever to exist . cashier was great , she asked for help got the wrong advice from 2 other girls , then finally after the damage is don’t and them being on cell phones with the head cashier , the head cashier comes out and basically tells me oh well to the 90$ refunded to my card .. which makes it unavailable for days .. had to leave the custom mixed paint that I needed bc of how they messed up , and when I called and asked for a manger all I got was I’ll talk to them . . Woke up at 6 AM to check supplies on window units. Was told via phone some were in stock and to order online to reserve mine. Did so, was charged, and an email confirmation was sent. Got a call from the store (voicemail was left - checked 10 mins later) stating my order was cancelled. Called the store back and was told they’re not sure why I got that message, as the unit is available and is ready for pickup. Drove 30+ minutes to the store and called stating I was here for pickup. Definitely NOT, this location!! There is b a problem, when the cashier flat out say, “I don’t know how to do that”, and don’t attempt to try, or ask for help, to learn how!!
My mom and I have run around Pineville/ Alexandria today trying to find any type of fan that runs on batteries due to Hurricane Laura we are without power for up to 3 weeks or at least that is what we are being told. After finally tracking two down at the Lowe’s in Lafayette on Ambassador Caffery we were given two numbers to call. Poor customer service by management. We were denied a military discount because items were on sale. We needed them so we made the purchase anyway. ($712) My husband mentioned that Home Depot gives the discount regardless and he said we can choose not to purchase them. (not in those exact words) Guess what? We choose not to return.
Great selection of home materials for indoor and outdoors
Not going back! Yesterday bought a Window Air condition around 2:00 online and went pick it up in store. The screws that came with it was not the right size and did not fit the air condition brackets. Air condition made loud noise. I went back at 5:30 yesterday to return. Lowes came out side to unload it and took it back in to swap it out. Said they will bring the new one out to me. I sat in curbside pickup for 45 min. I called and asked if they forgot about me.
