Never again. Second time we order online , and the receiving department can’t find it .....
I'm at the glorious which location in Lafayette Louisiana. The Customer service at the protest is sub par. Associates are rude. Not helpful at all. Trip hazards on every row. And cluttered. Totally disappointing.
Open enough registers. Open the garden dept. register. Look up the words "customer service."
The customer service sucks. Not friendly or helpful at all. I will not go back.
My daughter-in-law bought a brand new washer and dryer. Halfway through the first cycle of wash the machine stopped. Lowes idea of customer service is they’ll send a technician out to look at it in two weeks. Or they said I can load it up and bring it back and they’ll give me a replacement....Can’t see any reason to do any serious business with this place ever again
I will NEVER buy anything from this place again. Just spent over an hour and a half for a stove NOTHING in stock!!! Then they pulled someone from a totally different department that didnt know what he was doing(not his fault). When the other guy was finished with his customers he didnt even have the nerve to come help the guy!!! When asked for a manger they couldn't find him. Just so happen he popped up when everything was paid for. He had the nerve to ask how shopping was and was told he was like oh ok and didnt care. They ... read more
