I have never had any bad experience with them but I need to get a cheap washer and dryer under $400 if you have any thing like that

i bought an item that was damaged upon after putting most of it together all the staff when notified and everyone from purchasing this item helped were all first class i hope they all get credit for there wonderful help and fine attituds
Bought a dryer it was returned. Still haven’t got our money back May have to turn into BBB.
I don’t know what has happened to Lowe’s in Beckley but the customer service is a zero!!!!!! Can’t get people to assist you, No one will call you back. They contract out to people that don’t know what they are doing! Manager’s are useless! They will not take responsibility for sending unqualified contractors out for installation. They lie! lie! lie about installation times and dates! People we need to call the corporate offices for Lowe’s! I know I am not the only very dissatisfied customer!
My wife and I purchased a dishwasher from Lowe’s lied to by the sales associate told us it was in stock well two weeks later still no dishwasher the worst customer service and management they don’t care about customers and associates that lie to you You just lost a customer Lowe’s
Our daughter got married last weekend. We purchased boxes to get her easily moved to her new apartment. All went well because of the ease achieved by using their strong boxes.
I just want to thank Eric , I think that's his name in the appliance department. I buy from home. He walks me through all the issues with the appliances I need. Gets my veterans discount. And gets it delivered 80 miles free. I have bought numerous appliances the last couple years and could not be happier. Then the head of the delivery service breaks his back to make sure its on the truck. Thank you lowes....
Bought a refrigerator and paid for install. They would not install it because we have a copper water line. Told us we need a plumber to put in a new one. Worse than poor communication, there was none. We bought it at Lowe’s because the salesman said it was in stock, it wasn’t. Took a month to get it in stock, but they already had our cash.
