All about their veterans at Lowe’s, which I can appreciate. Already one of my favorite stores. The experience I say gives them the edge. My wife would agree.
Very disappointed . Purchased a washer and dryer set December 3. By January 28th washer is not working properly. Lowe’s response to my husband, sorry sir you only have 30 days. UGGGGG You call that customer service. I think I will find a company that stocks and backs better products. So disappointing. Large purchase that lasted less than 2 months.
Very disappointed today with the service today. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and nobody was willing to help me. I walked all over until I finally insisted someone help me only to find that they quit carrying what I needed.
4 trips to 2 Lowes just to get a carpet cleaner! We were mad & frustrated because nothing was going right. The manager Rosio went above and beyond to (1) be empathetic and (2) do everything she could to rectify the situation. Thank you Rosio for making sure we end our day still being Lowes customers in the future.

Help is bad there never anyone to help I jus go in get what I need
The moment I realized Lowe's employees didn't care where I shopped. Wanted a bathroom renovation and asked an employee if they could help. The answer was, "We don't do demolition." Let's just say the $20,000 job went to their competition. Instead of spending money on nonsensical, poorly written commercials, corporate should teach their employees customer service skills.
