I was in your store today and was appalled at the acommodations for handicap, of which I am. You have 4 carts, of which 2 don't work period. My sister in law & I got the other 2 & attempted to shop. Mine died half way through my shopping & in trying to get to my car, the bottom of the cart kept scraping the pavement. Apparently the cart had been hit by a vehicle at some point. We seniors like to shop like others, but we have restrictions. Please upgrade ur carts so our experience in your store can b an enjoyable one

Self checkout was the only thing available and I asked the girl if there were no registers open and she said no. I was checking out and asked her to do my military discount and she started deleting the transaction and said she would have to check me out at the register. Lowe’s NOT customer focused. I have a delivery today, got a text said they were on the way and will be there in 30 mins, two hours later I am still waiting! No one answers the phone to find out what is going on!!!!
when calling with del.problems lowes doesnot take care of problem they put you on hold. when you do reach someone they say that happens al the time and the place you on hold again. you stay on hold till lowes phone system disconnects you then you try again. my problem never got resolved. never got hold of a person who new anything or wanted to help.
I have an online order that should be delivered to me from this store. Its been more than 2 weeks and every time i have called no one can give me a straight answer, and when I ask to speak with a manager i get put on hold for over an hour and no one ever answers. The only time I was able to speak with a manager, yesterday morning, he promised to call me back and never did. Good luck with the curbside pickup. No one ever answers the phone so how am I supposed to tell them I’m here? Sat in parking lot 20 minutes trying to get them to answer the phone. Finally had to go in, which we were trying to avoid, thus the curbside pick up. Non apologetic and I don’t give a crap attitudes. Shop anywhere else. As my wife is in the store trying to get our pickup, four employees are hanging out in the parking lot talking. Maybe get one or two to answer the phone.

Absolutely terrible experience ordering appliances for our new construction. Order placed on 9/10/2019. STILL haven’t received a resolution on dented and damaged appliances. Order was over $9k and they don’t give a crap about me or the problems I have. This Lowe’s specifically, the one on Blufton SC is HORRIBLE!
