No problems doing an exchange on a lifetime guarantee on a hose. Helpful lady in the kitchen cabinets today too. But sad to see that Christmas decorations were already out.
Just returned a "fresh cut Christmas tree". The tree was dried out and dead looking after a week in water with a fresh cut on the stump. They made us bring the tree back for a refund. So we did undecorate, take outside and cut into pieces and returned. What a pain.
Recommendation, go to a local farm.
Lowe's stops selling wood pellets in February meaning at the beginning of March you can not buy pellets until next year!!! Really!! Who's brainiac idea was it to stop selling when we have two more months off cold weather! At the end of March I could see not selling anymore. Also when Lowe's has pellets they do not oder nearly enough there sold out all the time!! Who's the brainchild behind that?!!
Lowe's State College, you have sunk to a new low with the way you would treat a Veteran! My father came to your store looking to take advantage of your "10%" off program for Veterans. Your staff was belligerent and rude. The identification card you require has not been issued to Veteran's for sometime. I have had multiple issues with the Lowes in State College. Customer service is terrible, I was scheduled to have a washer delivered it did not get delivered on date it was suppose to. When I called the store I was transferred 5 times, then told by the lady helping me "I can not help you I do not get paid enough to take your verbal abuse". Mind you I did not even raise my voice to this lady. I would not recommend buying any type of appliances and using delivery service.
