I wish stores would realize they are not a dog park or playground. I would like to shop without fear of being bitten by a dog. I literally just bolted from a store leaving my basket and items in it because someone had two big dogs snarling and barking at one another.
If I could give less than one star, I undoubtedly would. This Lowe’s has been utterly unprofessional, lacking in communication with both the customer as well as their employees, and just incredibly unhelpful. My husband and I have had to contact a different Lowe’s location for answers to basic questions, and when calling for questions as to why paperwork that was sent over a month ago from the installer has still not been given to us to get the ball rolling on two installation projects, I was told “I’ll look into it” and the... read more
Ordered Carpet & Blinds on Thursday 11/5/2020. Carpet guaranteed to arrive in 72 hours, blinds 2 weeks. Made second call today on carpet (zero follow up from Lowes) and was told the installer was calling the manufacturer to find out why it hadn't arrived? I don't believe I paid the installer, the installer didn't have signs posted in Lowes advertising 72 hour delivery, yet the installer gets blamed?
