Want to leave 0 stars rating. Apparently, that’s not an option. Incredibly horrible customer service. They don’t answer phone. They change delivery times, give you number to call, never answer phone. Put you through to customer service and they never pick up. Went to store to purchase dishwasher. Told it was right there. Waited 30 minutes. Tried ordering on Lowes toll free number-fiasco! One item not ordered at all, though told it went through. Not shopping at Lowes again!
I called customer service regarding my Primo water dispenser which I bought a few months ago and needed help whether I can exchange it or provide me any information about the troubleshooting. I spoke with Jeany today 11/25/2020, and claimed she is the manager. Jeany was rude and did not know how to deal with the customer. Jeany told me to watch and be kind with my words.
