I ordered product on line to be delivered to the store so I could pick them up and the only problem was that none of the employees new where to locate items. This happened twice in one week. It took more than a half hour to locate the items. When I called to speak to a manager I was just wasting my time, she could totally care less. What a shame.
My wife and I were loading several large items in my construction van and out of theclear a lowes employee named Sharaius started helpping us load our drywall and tile. what a change from other building materials stores. I didn't even ask for help he (Sharaius) helped with out me asking. I was impressed. thanks Sharaius.
