We had a great experience at the Cranston Lowes store that we'd like to share. We purchased an exterior door with a build-in bind in May 2016 with a 5-year warranty, however, the door didn't get installed until September 2016. The blind insert broke 6/2021 (one month beyond the warranty), thank goodness we did have the receipt, yet we expected a "fight" to get it replaced. It is unfortunate that this location received so many poor reviews. I do t often have a bad experience here. last year, we placed fairly large order to be delivered due to repairs from frozen pipes and there were issues with communication & logging from one rep to the next. And lack or clarity for deliveries & pick-ups. But in general, the store is a warehouse & the employees are pretty good & supportive (when you do find someone to help you). Never again will I shop at Lowe’s! Ordered Dan’s FatherDay gift and chose in store pick up. I went to pick it up and this is what they gave me! They brought it out just like this. No box and it’s damaged. I told them that I didn’t want this. I paid for a new one and that’s what I want. Amy the head cashier said this is what they had in the store. I then said well if I selected the delivery option they would have sent me a new one. She said no. Items get shipped from the stores and not from the warehouse. She said you would h... read more

They promise to deliver, then postpone or cancel your delivery without telling you. When you call to find out what happened, they hang up. My poor mom really needed her washing machine, they took her money, she got nothing. Not ok.

This box says $9.98 each plain as day showed manager! Then I was told wood inside this box are $10.00 A log in the box is $61 each nowhere does it say that on the box! I told people that I would put this on Facebook and I would very much like a correction this is just laziness and false advertisement!
