Spent $18k in bamboo flooring... the planks in some areas were not glued properly and have separated from each other. Lowes refuses to fix the problem, blaming it on humidity. Terrible work and customer service!! Will never spend another dime in Lowes.

I have been a customer of this Huntersville store since it first opened. Over the years, I have been reasonably satisfied with products and customer service. Recently, I have had 2 bad experiences. First one, dealt with a purchase of a Bosch dishwasher which was in stock and would be installed in about a week. Three weeks later of dealing with local store (the appliance manager and salesman who had sold the appliance were useless and very unhelpful) and no dishwasher. Go to Sonora lumber if you seek knowledgeable staff and quality products. Lowe's Sonora hires from Bottom of the barrel! They have a huge problem with management being incompetent and being compulsive liars! Especially Aimee one of the "managers"!
The worst experience I ever had double charged us for washer and Dryer sent delivery drivers to my home that stole out of my garage. I will never shop at lowes again
As a minority, they were the most racist company I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. They tried to double charge me for everything and brought three managers to try to say that they didn’t do it but I had the receipt and they did then the people that they sent out to deliver my washer and dryer they went through my garage and they took things out These and racist people if I was you I would never shop at Lowe’s as a minority.

Beware: Horrible, Horrible, place to shop. I brought a gas stove and asked the representative that sold it to, how much is it going to cost for installation, and she specifically said THE installation price IS INCLUDED WITH THE PRICE and all you have to pay for is the price for them to take your old stove away. Well, for one, the stove was a week late. Then when the stove got delivered the delivery person said they Do Not do the installation and it will be a separate price. Purchased lumber and told someone would pick up later! They got there and was told they needed receipt! Never happened before. Somebody didn't do their job right and cost me 3 trips. Very upset! Hartselle store
