You guys have 50% off signs on items not for sale. You buy then find out item isn't a sale item. Then people treat you like your stupid because of their sign doesn't have the details on it.
lousy customer service. takes ages to get an employee that will assist then the know NOTHING about the products.

Bought a Samsung fridge for a great price and delivery was done by Philip Potter and Ryan (didn't get his last name.) These two delivery men were absolutely outstanding, real pros. They were polite, efficient and thorough. Lowe's is lucky to have people like Ryan and Philip representing them out in the field. Well done, thank you very much.
Worst customer service ever I went to buy tile for my house asked someone 3 times to send a guy over to help load it cause it's heavy not once did anyone show up & I had one walk right past me with his damn face stuck in his phone while on the clock! Me & an older lady that worked there was stuck loading 18 boxes of ceramic tile while two younger male employees walked right by watching never even bothered to offer help!
