Had issues with Lowe's in the past, but last couple of days I have visited lawn n garden department, young man named Carlos went over & beyond to assist me. Great employee, nominate him for employee of the month.
RecommendedSome employees needs more training so they can help better. Other than that I had a good day.

Absolute trash. Not one of the managers know what they are talking about. I’ve been waiting for 3 weeks on a washer to be fixed. I’ve been told that a technician can’t come out until they order parts. How are they supposed to know what parts they need if they haven’t looked at the washer? I get told by the technician after several phone calls to get them out that they can’t fix it and because it’s under warranty that the store has to replace it. Management dont have any idea as far as safety. One cashier and 10 to 12 people in line, so much for the safety of people whe you are standing in line 10 to 12 tight.
Hello me and my husband visited this store to purchase some blinds, we waited almost 20 minutes to get assistance then i ask a store associate for some help they told me I needed to go to cashier so they could page someone upon doing so we still waited another 20 minutes no one still came so we finally left, very disappointed experience we wont go back there..Wooten family..

Had to walk out today from the Lowe's in Aurburndale. Do to the fact the cashier in the garden section had about a 30 minute conversation with the people in front of us. Then wanted us to go back through the store to tell her the price of everything we had. So we left two carts and walked out. we'll cancel our membership there and will not go back.
