I had 3 different bids for new roof, window, doors, insulation and carpet. Lowes was the low bidder and I received great results with the contractors and product. Im in the process now for a heater.
Ordered carpet, they overcharged ...then attempted to charge more instead of refunding. The assistant manager Jim is rude and arrogant and does not belong in customer service! Will never buy from them again!
Ordered a carpet two weeks in advance for the furniture delivery. They lost it. Still waiting for the refund
